CYO Region 19 Track
	Meeting Schedule: League coordination meetings are scheduled as follows: Tuesday February 26, 2013 - 7:30PM - at Holy Trinity, Morrisville, PA - Trinity Hall is in the basement of the Rectory and the entrance is off of Pennsylvania Avenue at the back of the Rectory.- Initial organizational meeting.
	Forms, Data Sheets and Affidavits: CYO Coach's Affidavit: The attached CYO Coach's Affidavit (PDF version.) or (Microsoft Word document version.) must be completed for each team. Once completed the form should be turned-in with the team roster. Team Data Sheets: The attached Team Data Sheet (PDF version.) or (Microsoft Word document version.) can be used to record the track availability and no compete dates for each team. Once completed the form should be turned-in at the April 13th meeting.
	Team Registration Fees: The team registration fees are as follows: Novice, Minor & Cadet Fees: -- Archdiocese - $10.00 per child. -- Region 19 - $18.00 per child for the first 10 boys or girls - Maximum $180.00 for Boys or Girls. Sub-Novice: $3.00 per child.
